The Friends of Four on Tour

As we mentioned we have been travelling for 12 months, yep a whole year away from cold England and our loved ones. We feel we have achieved quite a lot in this time and are pretty pleased with ourselves. We have met so many people on our travels some of who we liked and a few we didn't, so we have created a section called The Friends on Four on Tour. The gallery below is a collection of photos of people we have met along the way who we consider to be friends or have just been jolly nice fellows. There are 52 photos, one for each week we have been away.

Julia a friendly Moscovite with an interesting taste in hats, Josh is a sound bloke who was really helpful and smart.

Typical students really - on holiday and drinking loads.

The Alpha Tour girls - Vladivostok
Extremely helpful ladies, couldn't have got to Korea without them.

Liam's harem - Sokcho
All they could say was David Beckham and I love you, it was enough for Liam.

A quiet French girl until you give her a microphone and a karaoke screen.

One of the best blokes we have met, there was a lot of banter between all of us, he gave as good as he got.

Jui-His - Gwangju
A very helpful girl, we only knew her for 15 minutes.

Seong & Jason - Jeju do
Very generous and chatty businessmen - thanks for the lunch of live octopus.

Eddie - Busan
Loud, brash, cocky but harmless.....no not Rich, Eddie.

Anthony - Busan
Drunk Irishman, quite a rarity.

Mr Park - Gyeongju
The incredible traveller of 30 years, top bloke.

Jin - Busan
She put up with us for over a week, that quite something.

Sam and Aurora - Beijing
Gentle Swiss giant and super intelligent American, she helped us settle into China, a huge help.

Incredibly helpful guy with a cool cafe.

Made the ridiculously long train journey pass by without boredom.

Tim & Dara - Shanghai
Quite a group of adventurers. Tim is a medical student who drives an ambulance and has a great sense of humour. Dara was in the middle of travelling around the world in 80 days - well done on making it.

Our camp as Christmas hostel manager was really friendly and helpful, he even got us in a film.

An energetic German who matched us drink for drink in our silly games.

Hostel owners - Hanoi Very generous and helpful - great beer too.
